Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to being damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc., you may send it back to us.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box.
- Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, 11.11, etc) are not eligible for return and exchange.
Kindly inform Customer Care before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
The returned goods/products will be checked together with the receipt and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in its original condition as you have received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. KANRAA will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 21 working days after the confirmation.
How can I return my purchase?
Kindly email your inquiry to email@example.com with the subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible.
Please allow 10 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s), its condition and your order details for record purpose.
What about postage charges?
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process, we will then refund a maximum of RM7.00 for your return shipping charges to your account. Please allow 21 working days for this process to be completed.
